    • Construction claims are inevitable on most projects. As a result, contractors and subcontractors must learn the rule of the road for each type of claim in order to prepare and submit well documented claims.
    • Any Time Extension Request must be entirely on its own merit, well-analyzed and emphasized, properly documented, fully substantiated that there is no question of the validity of the request.
    • Topics will cover the basic concepts of delays, tracking delays, mitigating delays, baseline schedule as well as analyzing the effect of delay(s) on the baseline schedule. In addition, it is extended to give a detailed guide about preparing a comprehensive Extension of Time Request including the prolongation and disruption costs.
